The opportunity has arisen to be part of our busy multi-disciplinary integrated mental health team at Enhanced Team West, based within the Drury Lane Health and Wellbeing.

The team provides assessment, care management and a range of interventions as part of secondary mental health services. The multi-disciplinary service, based upon recovery-focused principles, and a life course approach, aims to ensure better service user outcomes and improved patient safety.  The model provides for flexible and assertive engagement of service users depending upon the complexity and acuity of their needs. It also brings together a multitude of skills and experience to meet service user needs and provide evidence-based, cost-effective interventions. The model coordinates holistic care and through increased collaboration with service users, carers and partner organisations, enables service users to reach their potential and live well in their community.

The post holder will need to be an experienced practising social worker and also have experience of working in mental health services. The post holder will require excellent assessment and care management skills and will need to be confident in making clinical decisions and carrying out interventions based on their assessment and care plan.
